My New Blow Torch

            
                  I bought this new blow torch 3 days ago. It is really handy in many desserts.........I so long wanted a good blow torch but unfortunately could not find any. So I went to the central market and surprisingly found this blow torch which I had least expected. It was not very costly and is well worth for its price. The only
disadvantage is that is does not have any fuel level indicator. It's flame can be adjusted and it has two options, one to let out a continuous flame and another to have a flame only when we press the button on the back. It also has a stand included with it. And it looks very stylish too...... doesn't it? It also came in a cute little box lined with satin cloth. I am really happy with my purchase! I am eagerly waiting to get a chance to make something soon with it! And Creme Brulees are my absolute favourites! So expect the recipe of some Creme Brulees soon!!!!
